Mosaic Café is a cafe in Asheville, North Carolina. It is listed at 1 Town Square Blvd Ste 150, Asheville, NC 28803, which places it among the local businesses of Asheville that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
In Asheville, coffee shops cluster around downtown offices, college campuses and the main commercial streets of residential neighborhoods, and the independents usually close by mid-afternoon while chains stay open into the evening. Across North Carolina, drive-thru coffee stands and kiosks fill the gap in suburbs and along highways, and roasters often sell bags and brewing gear at the counter. Check the listing for hours, whether the cafe takes mobile orders, and its Google rating and recent reviews; parking is easiest at suburban locations, while downtown shops rely on street meters or nearby garages. Loyalty programs are common and worth joining if you are a regular.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 7 am–3 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Mosaic Café at (828) 676-2446; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, ilovemosaiccafe.com.

Asheville is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Asheville follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Great spot for lunch or coffee. Easy parking behind the building. Cute shaded tables outdoors too.

Came from out of state to go backpacking nearby and stopped at Mosaic to fuel up before the hike. We were greeted by a beautiful cafe and the kindest employees. The food and coffee was amazing, glad we stopped by!!

I was attracted to this place because of its cute atmosphere and labeled as locally owned. When asking questions about the menu, the guy behind the counter (wearing a big cross) was a bit rude. I ordered an egg and cheese croissant which was fine but definitely not fresh eggs. Looked like the eggs that come in a carton. The side fruit cup was certainly from a can. I had higher expectations from a locally owned store.

This is a great cafe with excellent options and very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Service is always quick, and everything feels well organized when ordering. It’s clearly a popular spot with locals, and we’ve been here multiple times already. The hummus wrap is one of my favorites and definitely worth trying. Overall, a really solid place and one we’ll continue coming back to.

Was a great spot for a weekend breakfast to-go order. I didn’t see any gluten-free bread options, but I was able to customize a Scrambler Plate to my liking which was appreciated! It came extremely hot & delicious. Next visit, I would choose the exact same breakfast. It’s not very much room up front to wait for the order, but we tried to be out of the way of other dining & standing patrons the best we could.
